It’s ok. Don’t let setbacks determine future success.  Many of us look at setbacks as confirmation that it’s just too hard, or not meant to be.  Successful people move forward by looking at any good changes they made and taking action toward their end goal, and doing it better next time. Take 5 minutes to do something great today. Don’t wait for after New Years. You can do it.

  4. Look at it, smell it, touch it
  5. Now walk away (without the food ;-)

Feel like screaming right about now?

Tis the season for stressing. Hang in there if you’re feeling overwhelmed and weepy. Yes the holidays are about family, love and happiness, but they bring their share of craziness. Do what my client reminded me to do yesterday, SMILE as much as possible, for no good reason:-) Do one great thing a day, exercise for 5 minutes, tell a child what you love most about them. Be Great!
